Run run run
Finally escaped work! Going for a BBQ and chill times with keen and co! 8 sausages for 30p too! :-D
So i am running a marathon in 18 days and i’m starting to get a little nervous! i’ve ran up to 16 miles without stopping so i am just hoping those extra 10 miles will be conquered with adrenaline/lucozade/jellybeans! I am really excited for the challenge and so chuffed to be able to do it for charity, im sure the money raised and all the kind sponsors will help me focus on getting to the finish line!
Its kind of funny that i am going ahead with it because a few months ago i was considering withdrawing from the whole thing because my weight rapidly dropped when i was training, i had no nutritional knowledge and i got into a right mess and pretty much nearly ended up in hospital! So for the past few months i have been absolutely determined to get myself back to a healthy me again & yeh its been hard, people think its easy to put weight back on but trust me, i was eating about 6/7 meals a day every day and i felt lethargic/bloated/sick but i kept it up and put on like 2 stone! & i’ve learnt now that when im running i know ive got to eat like a horse haha!
So yeh, thats my story, i’m running for charity but i am also running for my self to prove i can do it and for my friends and family that have supported me through the past few months!
